Start renting without commission fees
No commissions per booking. You pay one fixed amount per year per listing and keep 100% of your booking revenue. For just €182,50 excl. VAT per year (only 50 cents per day), regardless of the number of bookings.
Each accommodation (address) is displayed in one clear listing.
Do you rent out multiple spaces at the same address (such as several rooms or chalets)? These are considered together as one accommodation.

Your annual subscription starts on the day you register, for example from 30 May 2026 to 30 May 2027. Prices are excl. VAT. Annual indexation based on the consumer price index. Valid from 01/2026.
No commission per booking
You pay one fixed annual fee of €182.50 excl. VAT (just 50 cents per day), regardless of the number of bookings. Do you have multiple accommodations? Then you benefit from a lower price per property.
